Why "Sacred Flame"?

No, it's not because of Tales of the Abyss lol... I think that this name is very similar to me and my personality, so, that's why I chose it.

Why "Productions" and not "Studio"?

Because I do not intend to have a "Studio" since it's private.

Is there any other member with this name?

I don't know... I searched in the web to see if exists and didn't saw any, but, I'm not perfect, so, if someone see that this name already exists, tell me and I will think in another one. But for that, I need profs that it was made before than mine.
